ONETO GLOBAL

Trust & Safety

ONETO uses identity information, records, Task process, evidence and platform rules to help reduce uncertainty in cross-border collaboration, but it cannot remove every risk.

What the platform provides is clearer grounds for judgement and a more traceable way of working together, not an absolute guarantee about any person, company or outcome.

Trust is not a one-time certification; it forms gradually

Identity and profile

Users and companies can show identity, company affiliation, region, languages, service scope and other public profile information.

Platform history

Signals, Tasks, collaboration records, submitted results and other platform activity can build up a continuing record.

Conduct and results

Real trust comes from consistent conduct, collaboration and results over time, not from a single label.

Platform records can help you judge, but they do not mean ONETO vouches for anyone’s identity, ability or integrity.

Signal: publishers are responsible for what they post

Signal is for discovery, and its content comes from users.

  • Signal content is the publisher’s responsibility, including its accuracy, its source and the right to publish it.
  • Publishing a Signal does not mean ONETO has verified, endorsed or guaranteed it.
  • Signals of all three kinds, Have, Need and Local Info, must follow platform rules.
  • Before contacting anyone, working together or making a decision, use your own judgement and check the key details.
  • ONETO may restrict, hide or remove content that breaks the rules.

Task: the process can be recorded; the result still needs judgement

Task is for getting specific things done locally. Every Task follows the same basic path:

  1. 1Define the Task
  2. 2Choose an executor
  3. 3Carry it out
  4. 4Submit results and evidence
  5. 5Review and accept
  • A Task should have clear requirements.
  • The executor does the work as agreed.
  • Results and evidence help the requester judge the outcome.
  • Acceptance is the requester’s decision.
  • ONETO provides the process and the records, but does not guarantee that every result is fully accurate, correct or suitable as the basis for a commercial or legal decision.

Identity, companies and professional materials

ONETO may show an email verification status, a company affiliation, platform history and, in some cases, professional materials that ONETO has reviewed.

Details such as region, languages and service scope are largely filled in by users. Treat them as a starting point for your own judgement, not as confirmation.

Email verification

Confirms only that the account holder controls that email address. It does not confirm personal identity, qualifications or legal authority.

Company affiliation

Shows that a user is linked to a company profile on the platform. It does not mean ONETO has checked that link or the company’s information.

Platform history

Shows activity recorded on ONETO. It does not vouch for anyone’s ability or integrity.

Reviewed professional materials

Professional materials, such as lawyer qualification documents, may be reviewed by ONETO before they are displayed on the platform.

Each status says only that a particular check was done within a particular scope. None of them is a comprehensive certification of a person or a whole company. If the platform shows any other verification or review status, the same applies.

Reporting, prohibited conduct and privacy

Reporting

You can report a suspicious Signal, Task, user, message or behaviour. Submit a report through the contact page: choose the “Trust & Safety” category and include the related Signal or Task ID.

Submitting a report does not by itself remove content or establish that a rule was broken. In a real emergency involving personal safety, contact your local emergency services first.

You may not use ONETO for:

FraudImpersonationForged evidenceHarassment or threatsLeaking private informationManipulating platform recordsBypassing safeguardsIllegal activity

ONETO may restrict or remove content, or restrict accounts, under its rules.

Privacy

  • Private execution details in a Task, such as the exact address, contact number and access instructions, are kept separate from public information and are visible only to the Task poster, the currently assigned executor and members of the posting organization who have the relevant permission.
  • Direct messages are shown only to the two people in the conversation.
  • Professional document files are visible only to the person who submitted them and to platform reviewers.
  • Where safety, legal or platform operation requires it, ONETO staff may access relevant records to the extent necessary, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI, translation and payments

AI and automatic translation

AI or machine translation may be used to help organise or translate content, but it can make mistakes. Before publishing important information, carrying out a Task or making a business decision, check the key details yourself.

Payments and settlement

Payment, settlement, escrow and refund capabilities depend on the payment providers currently connected and on the market concerned. Rely on what the platform actually shows and on the applicable terms.

Unless the platform clearly offers a supported escrow capability, do not assume that ONETO holds, safeguards or guarantees your funds.

Professional and legal judgement

ONETO does not replace legal, financial, professional or independent on-site judgement.
