Reports & Appeals

If you see suspicious content, rule-breaking, fraud, harassment, a privacy problem or any other safety risk, you can submit a report through ONETO’s contact channel. ONETO reviews reports based on the information available and the platform rules.

What you can report

You can report the following content or conduct:

Signal contentTasksUsers or companiesMessages or communicationsFraud or impersonationForged evidenceHarassment or threatsPrivacy leaksManipulation of platform recordsAny other breach of the platform rules

How to submit a report

You can currently submit a report through the contact page: choose the “Trust & Safety” category and describe what happened.

If the report relates to a particular Task or Signal, fill in the related ID field on the form.

Where you can, please include:

  • The relevant page or link
  • Details of the Signal, Task or user concerned
  • Screenshots
  • When it happened
  • A short description
  • Anything else that helps us assess it

How ONETO handles reports

ONETO reviews reports against the evidence available, platform records and the rules that apply.

Depending on the case, ONETO may:

  • Limit the visibility of content
  • Remove content
  • Restrict an account
  • Keep a record of the review
  • Ask for more information
  • Take other platform measures where necessary

ONETO does not commit to a fixed response time, and does not promise any particular outcome. Submitting a report does not in itself establish that a rule was broken.

Report information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Malicious, retaliatory or false reports may themselves break the platform rules.

Appeals

If you believe a measure taken against content or an account was mistaken, you can submit an appeal through the contact channel and explain the background and your reasons.

The contact page is currently the channel for appeals. It is not independent arbitration, and ONETO does not promise any particular result or timeframe.
